Now an Illinois Shines Approved Vendor
Eco Executive Energy Solutions is officially an Illinois Shines Approved Vendor for Program Year 2026–27 — and an Equity Eligible Contractor.
This status authorizes us to develop solar projects under the Illinois Shines program, hold 15- and 20-year REC contracts with Illinois utilities, buy, sell, and transfer projects and REC positions between Approved Vendors, and subcontract project scopes through program-registered partners.
As an Equity Eligible Contractor, we also unlock Advance of Capital financing and $5/REC adders on eligible projects — combined with our full construction management scope, from independent QA/QC and owner’s representation to BESS support and workforce development.
